We took a small regional producer of extra virgin olive and honey and with our help he developed into the largest Greek olive oil distribution company in Europe.

In order to facilitate the export and distribution of agricultural products of our Greek client, we formed a a GmbH company in Germany as a distribution company for his products in central Europe.

We acted for a prominent Peloponnese-based fruit packing facility, owned significantly by local growers, to advise them on a proposed investment by a Chinese owned entity which included the acquisition of one of their fruit farms in the regions.
